Full-time – Rota Yacht Chef

Full-time Rota Chef required for a 40+m motor yacht cruising in the Mediterranean Sea, salary €6,500 per month, starting September.

Our client, situated in the Mediterranean for the season, is in search of a skilled chef to work on rotation with their head chef aboard their magnificent 40+m motor yacht.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for sourcing all ingredients for meals throughout the entire yacht. You will also prepare menu plans to be discussed and approved by the principal or the permanent chef. Daily duties include preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 2-8 guests and 9 crew.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills with a passion for healthy cuisine, along with proficiency in preparing meals following a diabetic diet. A positive and easy-going attitude, coupled with the ability to work well within a close-knit team, is essential. Previous experience in high-end hospitality and/or the yacht industry is a must for this role.

The working schedule is 1 month on/off.

This position is only suitable to candidates already located in Europe.

The salary on offer is €6,500 per month, paid each month.
