The Role
Full-time English & French speaking Teacher/Mentor required for B10 & G12, located in Milan, Italy. Salary €70,000–€100,000 gross per annum. Live-out with local accommodation provided. StartASAP.
A returning client based in central Milan is seeking an exceptional and experienced Teacher / Mentor to support the education, personal development and wider interests of their two children, aged 10 and 12.
The children attend an international school, and the successful candidate will work closely with the mother to support their academic progress, particularly in English and Mathematics, while encouraging curiosity, confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning.
As a Teacher/Mentor, you will support the children’s homework and academic development, creating supplementary
educational activities, coordinating extracurricular activities and arranging cultural and educational experiences. The role will also involve accompanying the family and children on national and international travel, maintaining educational structure while travelling.
The ideal candidate will be engaging, emotionally intelligent, organised and proactive, with a genuine passion for education and broad intellectual and cultural interests. You should be confident working independently while becoming a trusted and valued member of the family’s long-term support network. Being a qualified teacher is essential for this role.
The working schedule is 5/2 with weekends off, generally working from 12 noon – 8 pm. Weekend hours may be required due to the family’s schedule. Flexibility is required.
The family travels regularly during school holidays and half terms, and the successful candidate will be expected to accompany them. Time off in lieu will be provided where appropriate.
This is a live-out position with local accommodation provided.

Experienced Teacher/Mentor
EU right to work
Fluent English and French, Italian advantageous
Full, clean EU driving licence
