The Role
Part-time English-speaking Governor/Tutor required for B14 & B12 located in Moscow, salary £40 – £70 per hour, start ASAP.
A returning Russian family is seeking a young, active, energetic and sporty Governor/Tutor to support their two children in their general development and academic studies.
Both children are fluent in the English language, they need to maintain and improve their current level. The boys are also learning French and would benefit from a Governor also able to offer this language.
The boys are currently studying in Russian school, they require subject mentoring and support with general growth and development. In addition to this, you might be required to collect the children from school and escort them to extra curriculum activities. Tutors are already in place and you will support their work and classes as and when required. You will be required to be a good role model and motivate them to achieve the highest standards in all that they do.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Governor/Tutor and qualified teacher with a sporty nature. Candidates with a young energetic and active character with the ability to create close rapport with the children and share hobbies (sports) are preferred.
The working schedule is 4-5 times a week, 2-4 hours a day, on weekdays after school. The candidate could be required to travel with the family over the school holidays.
A full-time schedule could be discussed for the right candidate. Due to the situation with Covid flexibility is required.
The family is located in Moscow (the nearest metro station is Sokol) and spends lots of time at the family dacha on the outskirts of Moscow. Transport will be provided.
This position is ideally suitable for candidates who are already based in Moscow. Visa, flights and accommodation could be provided for the candidates who are willing to locate.

Salary £40 – £70 per hour

Ability to speak and teachh french would be benefitial
Qualified, professional and experienced teacher
Experience of working with children of this age
Preference will be given to those who are vaccinated against Covid.
