Part-time – Nanny/Governess (live out)

Part-time Nanny/Governess required for B5, located in London, £350 – £375 gross per week. Start 1st September 2023.

A lovely family residing in the Marylebone area, London is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Nanny/Governess to teach and mentor their young son aged 5.

As a Nanny/Governess, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the child; providing a high standard of care within a nurturing environment, and providing additional classes and fun interactive projects to instill a love of learning.

The main duties will involve meeting the child’s daily routine and promoting development through play, games, and activities. The boy is very sporty and enjoys playing tennis and football. He has swimming lessons once a week and you will be required to take him to them. He also enjoys arts and crafts and reading.

In addition to teaching duties, the candidate will be required to plan fun adventures in and around London. You will also be required to prepare a healthy well balanced evening meal for him along with assisting with his evening routine.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Nanny/Governess who has previous private household experience with a fun, friendly, and engaging manner. Speaking French and holding a teaching background would be beneficial for this role.

The working schedule is Monday – Friday working from 16.30 pm – 19.30 pm. Longer hours may be offered during school holidays.

This is a live-out position with no accommodation provided, therefore only suitable to candidates located close by. The nearest underground is Marble Arch or Bond Street.
