Part-time – Tutor

Part-Time English-speaking tutor required for B6 located in Moscow £40-£70 per hour, start ASAP.

A highly recommended Russian family is seeking an English-speaking Tutor for their son aged 6 years old to assist with learning English.

As a Tutor, you will be required to provide an introduction to the English language in a fun, interactive manner. The boy currently attends kindergarten and planning to enter school in September 2022 so the focus should be made on preparation for this (Reading, writing, counting and communication skills). The young boy has experience of learning English with a native speaker in the past, has a good understanding of the English language and needs to improve his current level. 

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, friendly & flexible professional teacher, who is able to engage the child in a fun and relaxed manner. The candidate will be experienced with this age range and previously worked in private households. Qualifications such as TEFL/CELTA as a minimum are required. Ability to speak & teach French would be benefitial in our application.

Classes are required 2-3 times a week, for 2 hours per class. The best time for classes are on weekdays after 5 PM and also on Saturdays twice a month.

The hourly rate on offer is £40 – £70 per hour.

The family is located central to Moscow (Ostozhenka str).

This position is only suitable for candidates who are already based in Moscow.
