Part-time – Tutor

Part-time English-speaking Tutor required for G7, B14 & B17 located in Sentosa, Singapore £50 – £80 gross per hour. Start ASAP.

A family located in Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a professional, engaging and experienced Tutor for their children.

As a Tutor, you will mostly work with the girl, she is currently in the 2nd grade of the international school and requires assistance with the school’s curriculum & homework, the focus should be made on writing and reading skills. You will be required to provide structured and engaging, age-appropriate classes and activities. The girl attends school on weekdays until about 4 pm. From the 15th of June, she will start her holidays.

The elder boys are fluent in English they are currently in the 7th & 10th grades in a Canadian international school, and they require some educational support & mentoring. As a Tutor, you will be required to liaise with their school teachers and keep the parents informed about the situation.

Classes are required 3 – 4 times a week, for about 2-3 hours per class, on the weekdays afternoons on weekends – negotiable. The family is happy to be flexible regarding the candidate’s availability

The hourly rate on offer is £50 – £80 gross per hour, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

This position is only suitable for candidates who are already based in Singapore.
