Full-time – Governess/Teacher (live in)

Full-time Governess/Teacher required for G8 & B9, located in Texas, $1400- $1600 per week. Start January

This role is only suitable to candidates who already holds an American passport/green card
 
A lovely family residing in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a friendly, professional, creative educator to teach and mentor their two children.
 
Both children are currently home-schooled by their mother and are achieving good grades. The family are now looking for an experienced governess/teacher to help them develop further.
 
As a governess/teacher you will be responsible for educating the children following the American curriculum, which includes all subjects. Both children currently have structured classes between 9 am – 2 pm each day, with the afternoons attending extra-curricular activities and a more relaxed learning environment.
 
The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic, kind, well mannered, and creative. The governess/teacher will hold a PGCE or equivalent and have extensive knowledge of the American curriculum. Speaking Spanish is beneficial to your application.
 
The family split their time between California and Texas, you will be required to travel with the family.
 
This is a live in position with a private bedroom provided within the family home.
 
The working schedule is 5/2 with weekends off, working from 9 am – 6 pm each day, flexibility is required.
