The Role
Full-Time English-speaking Nanny/Governess required for G8, located in Dubai, UAE, £900 – £1300 per week (live-out), start ASAP.
A family residing in Dubai is searching for a professional, friendly, fun Nanny/Governess to work with their 8 years old daughter. The girl is a beginner in English, she needs to improve her current level and develop her communicative skills. She is remotely studying and usually attends a Russian school.
As a Governess, you will immerse the young girl in the English language through daily communication and interactive activities. You will provide educational assistance, plan language-oriented classes and educational activities, organise routines and assist with achieving educational and developmental goals. You will be required to be a good role model and motivate the girl to achieve the highest standards in all that she does.
The girl has 2 younger brothers (aged 3 and 1) who have their own nanny. Occasionally you will be required to assist with their activities if the young girl is busy.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (PGCE/QTS) with experience working within high-profile homes.
The working schedule will be 5 days on / 2 days off (usually Saturday and Sunday), approximately 8 hours per day depending on the girl’s schedule, flexibility is required. While traveling with the family you will be required to work extra hours and take a flexible approach to work.
This is live-out position ideally suitable for the candidates who are currently based in Dubai. A taxi to and from work will be provided.
The family is currently located in Dubai (Beach resort) until mid-May. During summer they will relocate to Cyprus. Separate accommodation in Cyprus will be provided.
