An American/Norwegian family residing in La Canada, California is seeking an energetic, caring, and educated Nanny to provide full care duties to their young son aged 3.
As a Nanny, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children; providing a high standard of care within a nurturing environment, following an already established routine and schedule, ensuring he is reaching all age-appropriate milestones, and creating fun, educational games. In addition to this, you will be required to enhance and encourage the boy with his Norwegian language.
The ideal candidate will be a Norwegian-speaking nanny holding childcare qualifications, knowledge of early years and child development, is confident, sociable, has previous experience working in private households and is committed to providing the boy with a positive environment to thrive in. The nanny will already hold or be willing to obtain a California Driver’s License
The working schedule will be 5/2 working up to 10 hours a day.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom provided within the family
Candidates will be required to sign an NDA agreement before interviewing with this family.
The salary on offer is $150,000 gross per annum, plus a yearly bonus
