Full-time Executive Chef required in Doha, Qatar. Salary £50,000 – £90,000 gross per annum, live in, starting ASAP.
A returning client located in Doha is seeking an Executive Chef to cook and oversee the catering needs for their family residence.
As an Executive Chef, you take the lead in delivering a high standard of cuisine to the family, with a team of up to 6 Chefs you will coordinate, plan and deliver exceptional service. The family has a preference for Middle Eastern cuisine and must have each meal catered for.
As the Executive Chef, you must be attentive to details, meticulous, clean and highly organized. You will coordinate and plan weekly menus, overseas inventory management, grocery shopping, organisation of the kitchens, staff rotas, service, budget management and Manage the full operation and organization of the kitchen and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in private HNW homes or 5* hotels. Experience in cooking Middle Eastern food to a 5 * standard is essential. Exceptional management skills, organisation and an eye for detail is essential. The Chef must be professional, well-presented, clean, and a great team player who is flexible to the family needs.
The family has multiple homes and you, along with your team, are expected to travel with them.
The working schedule is 6 days per week.
This role is offered as live within the staff accommodation.
