Full-time English-speaking Governor required for B5 located in Dubai, £1300 – £1400 per week. Live-out. Start ASAP
A Russian family located in Dubai is seeking a great governor to join their family and assist in the care and educational development of their young son
As a Governor you will be required to take responsibility for the young boy’s education. Planning and delivering classes, activities, arranging daily schedules and routines to enhance all opportunities for learning. In addition, you will be required to promote all areas of child development, making sure he is meeting age-appropriate milestones, teaching etiquette and encouraging good behaviour and manners.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher holding a minimum of of a PGCE/QTS, and be someone who is very organised and able to take lead in planning and delivering a solid educational programme for the young boy. Childcare and/or teaching qualifications are required and candidates with teaching, and private household experience will be given preference.
The working schedule will be 6 days per week, working from Monday – Thursday 1.30 pm – 8.00 pm, Friday working 11.30 am – 8.00 pm and Saturday working from 8.00 am – 8.00 pm.
The family are located in Dubai from January – November with December spent in Moscow. You will be required to travel with them where accommodation will be provided.
This position is only suitable to candidates already located in Dubai, no accommodation is provided in Dubai.
