Full-time – Nanny/Governess (live in)

Full-time English-speaking Nanny/Governess required in Singapore for 2 children currently aged G6 months & G3, salary £1400 – £2000 gross per week, Live-in, Start December 2023.

A lovely family relocating to Singapore in December 2023 is seeking an exceptional career Nanny/Governess to assist in the care and development of their two children.

The main duties will involve meeting the children’s daily routines, promoting development through play, games and activities, and creating fun, interesting, and educational excursions to keep the children entertained and engaged. The 3-year-old is very creative and enjoys many hobbies such as swimming, football, and ballet.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, with 5+ years of previous experience working as a Nanny/Governess. In addition to this, you will act as a positive role model to both the children, promote good manners and have a naturally caring nature. Private household experience is essential. You will have great communication skills, lots of wonderful ideas to engage the children and be professional and organised. The family are looking to maintain a calm household and for a professional nanny/Governess to work with the parents to help the children develop and thrive.

Please note: The Nanny/Governess must be educated to degree level due to visa requirements. Preference to be given to those holding a degree in Education or a similar field.

The family is keen to find the right candidate for the role, who will become part of their family for many years to come.

The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am – 6 pm and proxy parenting is required when the parents travel. Flexibility is required. 

This is a live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom provided.  The family is open to offering this as live-out position for the right candidates.
A working visa for Singapore will be issued.
