Full-time Bilingual (Russian/English) Rota Butler/Personal Assistant required for a private family in Moscow & Dubai, salary €2700 – €4000 per month. Rota 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Live-in. Start ASAP.
A Russian-speaking family is seeking an experienced and professional Butler/PA to join their household and provide high-level personal and operational support to the head of the family.
As a Butler/PA, you will be responsible for acting as the personal concierge to the principal, handling day-to-day requests, managing schedules, placing orders, coordinating restaurant bookings, deliveries, and overseeing all aspects of household service. A key part of this role is managing and coordinating the existing domestic team, which includes nannies, drivers, and chefs.
This is a small household of 3 with a fully staffed home and team – all staff members speak Russian.
The ideal candidate will be a discreet, polished, and highly organised individual with proven experience in similar roles within private households. Flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential, as well as speak Russian and English.

The role is offered as a live-in position, with a private room provided in each location. The role will begin on board a private boat in Turkey for the summer season and will continue in Moscow and occasionally Dubai as part of the family’s travel schedule.
Package:
Salary €2700 – €4000 per month (NET)
Rota schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English
Previous experience as a butler or PA in private households
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Discreet, professional, polished presentation
Able to travel and work internationally
