Temporary English speaking Governess/Governor required for G8 & B6 located in Volgograd, Russia. Salary £1100 – £1400 per week, Start ASAP. 4 months contract.
A lovely family residing in Volgograd, Russia is seeking an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Governess/Governor to promote the language development of their children.
The children have a beginner level of English and attend a Russian-speaking school & kindergarten. The Governess/Governor will be required to immerse them into the language and assist in their development by providing educational games, play, activities, classes as well as meeting their daily needs and routines. You will also need to promote good behavior, teach etiquette, be a positive role model and friend.
For the children it will be the first experience of learning English with a native speaker. The main focus should be on developing their communicative skills and preparation for entering an International school in September 2023. The children are well-mannered, motivated & active – they love sports, especially swimming. They have dogs, horses & chickens.
The house is fully staffed.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Governess/Governor with childcare/education qualifications with an outgoing personality. The family is sporty & active and seeks a candidate with shared values.
The working schedule will be 5 days on/2 days off (the exact days off are negotiable), working 8-10 hours a day.
This is a live-out position with a private guest house provided on the family grounds. International travel is involved, and separate accommodation will be provided.
This is a 4 months contract up to the end of August.
The salary on offer is from £1100 – £1400 per week and will reflect the skills, experience and qualifications of the candidate.
