Temporary Bilingual (Spanish & English) Governess, required for B7 & G5 located in Dubai, UAE / Europe. Live out. Salary €1200- €1400 per week. Start May.
A lovely Russian family is seeking an experienced and qualified bilingual Governess to provide daily care, support and guidance to their 7-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter during the Summer holidays.
As a Governess, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children; providing a high standard of care within a nurturing environment, following an already established routine and schedule, and ensuring the children are reaching all age-appropriate milestones. You will also be required to organise the children’s daily routine and accompany them during walks, sports and extracurricular activities. In addition to this, you will act as an appropriate role model and promote good manners, teach etiquette and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
The children currently attend an English school in Dubai and have a good level of English. They need to improve their English language abilities and the boy needs to learn Spanish through fun, playful lessons & activities. Both children are very active and enjoy learning new things through sports, and active games.
The ideal candidate will be a professional Governess who is positive, enthusiastic, engaging, and playful. Teaching qualifications are essential along with the experience of working with children of this age in private households. The Governess must be well-spoken, hold perfect references and be able to work as a team with the other household staff members. The household is fully staffed so there are no housekeeping or cooking duties required.
The family is currently located in Dubai Marina and planning to be in Europe during the Summer. You will be required to travel with the family, all travel expenses are covered and flexibility is required.
The working schedule is 6 days on / 1 off, about 8 hours a day. 3-4 months contract
The salary on offer is €1200- €1400 per week.
This is a live out position with a hotel room or private apartment provided nearby the family home. .
