Temporary – Nanny (live out)

Temporary Portuguese-speaking Nanny required for G2, located in Lisbon, Portugal, live out, salary €800 – €1000 gross per week, starting the 2nd June.

This position is only suitable for candidates residing in Lisbon already.

A friendly Australian family visiting Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a temporary nanny to support the mother with the care of their daughter aged 2 for one month.

As a temporary nanny, you will work in partnership with the mother, providing care and educational development for the girl, and meeting her physical needs, including dressing, feeding, and bathing as needed. You will be required to prepare nutritional meals and maintain the cleanliness of the girl’s room and belongings, encourage and teach basic social, reading and writing skills, and plan and organise stimulating age-appropriate activities. The family is keen for the nanny to introduce Portuguese to the young girl in a fun, interactive way.

The young girl will be on her holidays, therefore the family are keen for the nanny to plan fun excursions for her daily.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 2 years of experience with relevant childcare qualifications and be fluent in Portuguese. This role will be suitable for candidates looking to gain further skills and experience from working within a private family. The nanny should be energetic, enthusiastic, fit, healthy, light-hearted and fun-loving. 

The working schedule will be 5/2, working up to 8 hours per day.

Flexibility is required for this role. 

The salary on offer is €800 – €1000 gross per week.

This is a live-out position with no accommodation provided, therefore only suitable to candidates located in Lisbon already.
