Full-time – Bilingual Governess (live out)

Full-time Bilingual English/French Governess required for G5 & B3 located in Dubai, salary £1400 – £1600 per week. Live out, Start ASAP

A Canadian family based in Dubai is looking for a fun and active English and French speaking Governess to work with their 2 children aged 5 and 3.

The older child currently attend an International School and is achieving satisfactory grades. The family is looking for an experienced Governess to further her development and act as a positive role model and encourage confidence. The youngest child is seeking support with his phonics and etiquette.

As a Governess you will be required to provide homework assistance and additional classes to encourage further learning based on the curriculum they are studying, you will spend time with each child after school and create a fun but effective learning environment, encouraging independence and confidence at every opportunity.
 
The mother of the children is very hands on, therefore you will be required to work alongside her daily.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher who speaks English & French, with knowledge of the British curriculum and be confident in teaching core subjects. You should be friendly, flexible, a positive role model and mentor to the children. The family are keen for the candidate to be fun, allowing the children to grow and thrive through fun activities. Being a confident driver is beneficial for this role.

The working schedule will be 5 days on and 2 days off (weekends off)  working from 3 pm – 8 pm daily. 

This is a live out position with no accommodation provided, therefore only suitable to candidates located close by.

The family are only considering a candidate who can commit for a long period of time.
