Full-time – Estate Manager (live out)

Full-time English-speaking Estate Manager required for a family located in Dubai. Salary 25,000 – 35,000 AED per month. Start ASAP.

A family located in Dubai is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the management of their private properties.

As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating both internal household operations and external service providers and vendors. Your duties will include managing household budgets, maintaining household supplies, organising travel arrangements, overseeing the care of the family’s valuables, planning and coordinating special events, including wine and spirits service, running personal errands, welcoming guests, handling calls, and recruiting and managing household staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing private households or estates in Dubai and internationally, with a proven track record in similar roles. They will be personable, professional, and equally comfortable taking both a hands-on and managerial approach. The family is seeking a proactive candidate with a can-do attitude who has experience coordinating contractors, managing household projects, and building an efficient and professional household team. Fluent English is essential for this role.

The salary on offer is 25,000 – 35,000 AED per month, with flexibility for the right candidate depending on their skills and experience.

The working schedule is 6/1, working from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm each day.
