A native English speaking Governor is required to join a Russian family in Croatia for 2-3 months to assist in the education, development and care for a boy aged 7. The boy already speaks English to a good standard, the family requires a Governor who will be able to further his development with the language.

As a Governor you will be required to work daily with the child providing structured classes, fun and engaging activities, play and spend time with the him whilst carrying out daily routines. The focus will be on conversational skills and extending vocabulary.

The Governor will be required to create an educational program for the boy in accordance with his age and provide sit down classes. In addition to this you will be required to provide a range of sporting activities (cycling, running, etc) and to have a keen interest in swimming.

The working schedule is 6 days on 1 day off, 8-10 hours a day.

This is a live in position with a separate room provided in the family home.

Salary of £800 – £1000 per week depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.

Requirements:

Native English speaker
Relevant Childcare and/or Teaching qualifications
Experience of working with children of this age
Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, professional
Available to start 1st June/1st July 2018
