Full-time Personal Assistant required in Doha, Qatar, £1300 – £1500 per week, Start ASAP
A high profile client located in Doha, Qatar is seeking an organised, efficient, professional, fast-thinking Personal Assistant.
The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will be to assist the client with her daily life. Duties will include; acting as the first point of contact, replying to emails, answering telephone calls, liaising with accountants and suppliers, running errands, collating and managing expenses and producing reports. In addition to this, you will be required to oversee the staff in the household, arrange all travel requirements and accompany the client during her day.
As a Personal Assistant, you should be smart, have exemplary organisation and time management skills, good written and spoken communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, a professional manner, excellent computer and administration skills, a flexible and adaptable approach to work, the ability to use your own initiative, and the ability to be one step ahead. Being firm yet approachable and with a logical personality is desirable as well as someone who holds discretion and tact as a priority in all endeavors of the client’s life.
The ideal candidate will be a PA with an extensive background in this field, with relevant qualifications in business/administration. The client is heavily involved in fashion, art and design and an interest / previous experience in these fields would be beneficial to your application.
The client travels often and you will be required to travel with them. Accommodation will be provided and expenses paid.
The working schedule is 5.5 days per week. Working from 12 noon – 9 pm Monday to Thursday and half day on Saturday. Friday is the day off.
This is a live in/out position with a private room or apartment provided.
