A Brazilian/Swedish family residing in Stockholm is seeking a friendly Nanny who will become part of their family and provide a high level of care to their young children.

The oldest child already has a good grasp of the English language. The parents would like the Nanny to enhance this further and to introduce new vocabulary.

As a Nanny you will be responsible for meeting the daily care needs of the child (feeding, dressing, cleanliness, routines etc.) as well as ensuring they are reaching their developmental milestones. The children should be given an environment in which to thrive in while improving their English through structured activities and play. In addition there should be a focus on enforcing good boundaries, teaching etiquette, great manners.

The oldest child is currently home schooled by her parents and she will be starting school this year, therefore the Nanny will be required to make sure her level of core subjects is on par with her peers.

The ideal candidate will be a professional, caring Nanny who is able to create a relaxed and good relationship with the parents. A childcare qualification is desirable but good extensive experience and great references are just as important.

The ability to speak French or Portuguese will be beneficial to your application.

The working schedule will be 4 days on 3 days off; working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 7am – 7pm. Some flexibility will be required.

Occasional international travel will required.

This is a live in position with a private bedroom and bathroom provided.
