Full-time Chef required in Italy, salary 4000 – 6000 Euro net per month, starting ASAP.
This position is only suitable for a candidate who holds a passport from an EU country.
A client with homes located in Italy is seeking a Chef to cater to their needs and work in their homes when they are in residence. This includes homes in Lake Como and Sardina.
The family enjoys rustic home-style cooking and seeks the Chef to plan, prepare, and serve lunch and dinner. In addition, you will be responsible for shopping, budget, kitchen and pantry operation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cooking and working in private homes. Family-style meals are preferred, therefore it is not required to have high-end restaurant experience. The Chef must be professional, well-presented, clean, and a great team player who is able to cater to the client at short notice.
The working schedule will vary and depend on the location of the family, working split shifts when on duty.
The chef will be on call when the family visits each residence. 3 months are spent in Sardinia and other visits will be to their home in Lake Como.
The salary on offer is paid on the basis of a full-time contract with the understanding the chef is on call as and when required.
Accommodation is provided in each working location. Flights will be paid for each working shift.
