Full-time Mandarin-speaking Governess required for G3, located in Dubai, salary 25,000 – 30,000 AED per month. Live-out position. Start date: ASAP.
A Mandarin-speaking Governess is required to support a UHNW family with their daughter aged 3.
The Governess will design and deliver a structured, play-led daily routine supporting language development, motor skills, attention, curiosity, and social-emotional growth. Learning should be purposeful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate, with a strong emphasis on learning through play.
The Governess will support speech and language development through conversation, storytelling, reading, and songs, while modelling independence, manners, and emotional regulation using gentle, consistent boundaries.
You will work closely with the parents and the team already in place.
The ideal candidate will hold Early Years/Montessori qualifications and have extensive experience working in private households, with a warm, nurturing approach to the education and care they deliver.
This is a long-term role suited to a career governess who is confident working within a private household and able to act as a consistent mentor.
The working schedule is Monday – Friday, working from approximately 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
Accommodation allowance can be provided to those who require it.
The salary on offer ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 per month, reflective of skills, experience and qualifications.
