Full-time Bilingual Nanny/Mentor/PA required in Istanbul, Turkey for a B15, salary €4,500–€6,000 NET per month, Live-in, Start January 2026
A warm and welcoming family relocating to Istanbul, Turkey, is seeking a dedicated and culturally curious Bilingual Nanny/Mentor/PA who is fluent in English as well as Turkish or Spanish to support their 15-year-old son throughout their stay.
As a Nanny/Mentor/PA, you will work closely with the family to support all aspects of the teen’s daily structure, enrichment, and personal development. Your responsibilities will include providing light homeschool support, helping with academic organisation, and accompanying him to martial arts classes and weekly outings. You will support his smooth adjustment to Istanbul, assist with cultural integration, and help maintain an organised, respectful, and academically oriented environment. You should possess strong knowledge of Istanbul and its opportunities, particularly those suited to a highly intelligent young boy. You will be expected to ensure his full immersion in the cultural life of the city.
In addition to mentorship and teen-focused support, you will offer practical assistance with scheduling, logistics, and activity planning. The young boy is scheduled to begin boarding school in Autumn 2026, and this role is expected to evolve into a personal assistant position for the family. This role requires a warm presence, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to help create a stable and supportive home atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English as well as Turkish or Spanish and passionate about history, cultural exploration, and working with teens. The schedule is full-time, 5/2 working 8/10 hours per day, with flexibility required for outings, travel, and activities. Proxy parent and travel are required for this role.
This is a live-in position, with a private bedroom and bathroom provided in the family home.
